A written compliance statement is provided on completion. Costs are $150.00 – $300.00+ GST, depending on the size of the home
We will identify all areas of compliance with the Healthy Homes standards, as well as areas where compliance falls short, and provide an assessment designed to save you time and cost.
We will advise where your rental property does not comply so that you can arrange remediation work, or we can arrange that on your behalf.
